Hey. It's hard, isn't it? No, not living in the moment. I do it every day and feel it clears up my heavy mind, you know, I'm such a professional overthinker. You can try it, live your moment, embrace your time, mission, adventure, and vision with your closed ones. I know it's hard if you still don't want to get rid of the shadow that followed your every movement while living your present. That shadow is your past, it doesn't affect your present or your presence either. If you still have that shadow which follows you everywhere you go, you're not going anywhere. The light will not fill you up, hence you're blocking yourself from the brightest future that may occur when you leave that shadow. We don't know what the future brings, it may bring us good or bad luck or whatever it is. The least we can do to minimize the bad luck or bad occurrence in the future, is to eliminate as little shadow as we can. Start by the littlest step, we can move to bigger ones. Bit by bit, and the steps to erase the shadow can grow bigger and bigger. Until the point that we don't have the shadow preventing ourselves from the light. Until then, we can move forward to our outmost outcomes in our lives. Living on your shadow is not living, and moving your steps on your shadow is not moving as well, you're stuck. Let me suggest you to live your moment, embrace it, seize it, and see how beautiful and glamorous it is when you know the essence of your present and presence. Bye shadow!
