I was trying to express my feeling
towards you into a writing
I was so fond of you
like you were the embodiment
of happiness for my old and grey soul

I thought I could express it
a little about you
how amazing you were
how your words could motivate me
to stay awake and alive

yet there is no words I can spill
my heart becomes numb
my brain cannot search for phrases
and the blank spaces remain empty
I do not feel anything anymore
